Not 100% satisfied with your ordering experience from Smart Kids Toys? Your happiness is our priority!

If for any reason you choose to return a toy, you have 30 days after receipt, as long as the item is in new, unused condition and, for puzzles, in the original packaging. For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. 

Please contact us via email love@smartkids.toys and include your name, order number and reason for return. We will issue you a return label.

 

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 14 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
